You can book your stay directly on our website from the homepage on the book now button or by mail to reservation@lappartementdemargot.fr or reservation@lamaisondevalentine.fr.

All cancellation and modification conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Rental.

Is the deposit taken at the same time as the booking fee?2021-06-21T14:20:24+02:00

For each flat booked we ask for a deposit in case of damage, purchase on the box or over-consumption. A pre-authorisation will be made on the card, which means that the amount is blocked and not debited. The amount will be released on the day of your departure or up to 7 days after your departure in case of non-compliance with the General Rental Conditions.

Subject to availability, you can at contact the owner on the contact form, at reservation@lappartementdemargot.fr or reservation@lamaisondevalentine.fr for any extension request.

Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm. Possibility of autonomous arrival at la maison de Valentine. Extra charge for non-autonomous arrival after 8pm.
Check-out is before 11am.

The owner will be there at check-in time to welcome you. If an autonomous arrival is planned at la maison de Valentine, we will send you a message with detailed instructions on how to reach the house.

You will be able to reach the owner on +33 6 46 00 44 43 (also on WhatsApp) for any emergencies.

Your comfort and well-being are essential. Also, you will find high quality bedding. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, l’appartement de Margot et la maison de Valentine have a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, crockery, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine…). High-speed Wi-Fi is free. The TV box offers over 180 channels and a Netflix subscription with your own login and password. A high-quality Harman Kardon loudspeaker is at your disposal and has Bluetooth. We will provide: bed linen (beds made on arrival), premium bath towels, organic bath and shower products and shampoo, tea towels, coffee, tea, condiments, a spaghetti and tomato sauce kit, one bottle of mineral water per person, dishwasher and washing machine products. The rooms are also equipped with an ironing board and iron and wooden hangers…

L’appartement de Margot et la maison de Valentine do not have private car parking facilities. Therefore, we recommend in the confirmation email the nearest public car park at the most reasonable price.

How often is the flat cleaned?2021-06-21T14:30:53+02:00

Cleanliness is the first criteria of customer satisfaction. The owner personally ensures that the house is cleaned properly before your arrival. In addition, the GTCs stipulate that the kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes must be clean and tidy.

In order to welcome my guests in a safe and healthy way, I apply the hygiene measures recommended by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention:

  • Disinfect all surfaces after each rental with bleach or other disinfectant, with particular attention to surfaces that are regularly touched, such as door handles, drawer handles, toilet flush handles, taps, remote controls and switches.
  • Wash all linen and towels after each rental and during the stay: for stays longer than one week (a washing machine/dryer is available on site)
  • Guarantee the presence of hydro-alcoholic gel, mask, paper towels and soap

On request, we will send you an invoice for your stay by e-mail.

The cost of the stay is detailed in your booking and includes the rental and cleaning. You are responsible for the tourist tax of €2,30 per adult per night, unless it has already been paid at the time of booking. There are no unpleasant surprises at the time of payment or on arrival.

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in order to protect our allergic guests.

Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Parties are not allowed in our flats. No other persons than those mentioned in the reservation are allowed to enter the flat.

You will find a flat prepared for your stay, in perfect condition. Please return it in the same condition when you check out.

Also, please respect the neighbourhood during your entire stay. No noise is allowed between 10 pm and 8 am

Can we exceed the maximum capacity notified on the booking2021-06-21T14:35:10+02:00

The maximum capacity of the flat is notified in your reservation. For safety and insurance reasons, we ask you to respect this limitation or your stay will be cancelled without refund.
